My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Steve for the purchase of a condo five years ago and then again with the purchase of a house in the OP/RF area. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and is a wealth of knowledge that we enjoyed having working with us through the process. We won't be selling for a while (Sorry Steve!) but couldn't recommend a better partner in the process.

He knows the market incredibly well, is very strategic and adept at pricing, knows exactly how to market a home, is completely responsive, and is extremely attentive to detail. Our home sold right away due largely to Steve's spot-on valuation and marketing strategy. He also has a lot resources that were very helpful to us in the moving process. Finally, it was a pleasure to work with him -- great guy with a quick wit and patient with people in pressure filled situations.
