Steve Schoos

After 20 plus years in the banking industry, Steve Schoos decided to take the plunge into the real estate industry. It was always something that he had considered, and he is glad he decided to try it. Now more than 15 years later, Steve is still in the real estate industry and works primarily in Pierce, King, Thurston, Grays Harbor and Mason Counties.

Steve specializes in the “old school technique” of face-to-face interactions, but also uses quarterly mailings, pop bys and social media to market his listings. He prioritizes his clients and educates everyone he works with about the latest housing industry news. Steve works in mostly residential but has also worked quite a bit with raw land and has started to delve into the commercial aspect of the industry.

In Steve’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and with ten grandkids he stays terribly busy. He is also an avid fly fisher and is always on the lookout for rainbow trout, steelhead or even some salmon.
