Donna demonstrated an extensive knowledge of the market and took the time to understand both the type of home and neighborhood that my wife and I were looking for. She was always professional and very patient, as we worked through the process of finding a home that checked all the right boxes. In fact, Donna recommended the neighborhood that we ultimately wound up moving into early on…long before we seriously considered that option. Donna was always quick to respond to any and all questions, and was always available when needed (especially when some critical appliance dimensions needed double-checking right before closing). I would not hesitate to recommend Donna Haigh to anyone buying or selling a home.

Donna is, first and foremost, both patient and professional. Despite our doubts about moving, our difficulty finding a house in our range during this pandemic, and some important intricacies for us, she remained the epitome of kindness and support throughout the entire process. She walked us through homes with expertise, guided us through the processes, answered every question we had in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to help us navigate the community's resources.
