Steve Southerland is a licensed Realtor® and owner of Southerland Real Estate. After 15 years as an Account Executive with IBM and Microsoft, Steve decided to turn in his employee badge in order to leverage his diverse background in internet technology to fill a void he saw in the residential real estate business. In 2009, Steven began his career in the real estate industry with the singular goal of reinventing the real estate experience. One that embraces the latest technology in order to provide innovative systems for their clients and all aspects of their agent’s business. After completing its first year in business in 2014, Southerland Real Estate quickly grew to the Top 20% of Hampton Roads Real Estate Brokerages. I've just sold my 2nd home using Steve Southerland's flat fee brokerage services. This allows me to manage the sale of my own home just like a for sale by owner but with the marketing and support of a listing agent.
