My wife and I have bought and sold several places over the years and have had some good and not so good realtors. Having said that, Steve is by far the best realtor we have had the pleasure of meeting. We had low expectations of what our house would sell for and was pleasantly surprised when Steve suggested we raise those expectations considerably. Long story short, four hours later we were signing the papers to sell our house. And for a figure well over our asking.
