Steve first fell in love with Southern Vermont as a college actor at the Weston Playhouse, returning most every summer until he and his partners took over the reins of the company, turning it into a year-round, nationally known theater, and building its new second stage at Walker Farm. Over the more than three decades that he served as Producing Artistic Director at Weston, his family, friends, and company members caught the Vermont bug, many buying homes in the area.
It seemed natural, when he decided to move on from the theater, that Steve would devote himself to helping others buy or sell their own Green Mountain dream. Always looking to raise the bar in service of his clients, Steve has has completed the nationally acclaimed 4-day Ninja Selling Installation, and has earned an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification from the National Association of Realtors.
Committed to Vermont's natural beauty, deep sense of community, and its rich arts and culture, farm to table, and educational offerings, Steve currently serves as Past President of the South-Central Vermont Board of Realtors, Development Chair of Vermont Humanities, a voting Member of the Vermont Community Foundation, and Chair of the Weston Community Association's annual Weston Antiques Show. He lives in Weston with his yellow lab, Jessie.
