Steve Timperman moved from Indiana to Hilton Head Island in 1982 and has been a full time Realtor since 1993. Steve was named the Broker/Partner for Charter One Realty’s The Village of Wexford/Wexford Realty Office. He takes pride in his high ethical standards and professionalism while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service. He has built a reputation of being hard working, honest and down to earth. Steve has been a Hilton Head Island resident since 1982 and he understands how precious the Lowcountry is to those that live here. Steve has a degree from the University of South Carolina and spent four years in the golf industry as a teaching professional. He and his wife Vicky have two children, Carly (age 18) and Ethan (age 15). As a resident of Hilton Head Island Steve and his family take full advantage of the amenities that the island provides: boating, fishing, golf, tennis, volleyball, great sports programs, and days on the beach.
