A Marietta native and Georgia resident for over sixty years, Steve Turner has an extensive background in the Atlanta area real estate market. Since becoming a licensed real estate professional in January 2002, Steve has become well versed in residential resale properties, vacant land, investment properties, short sales, estate and foreclosure properties.

Steve is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) who specializes in listing probate properties, working with individual petitioners and probate attorneys who need an agent understands how a court confirmation probate sale works, how to sell real estate under a living trust and conservatorship, and any special probate rules regarding the sale of real property in Georgia. Steve is committed to providing executors/petitioners a proven, successful, and compassionate approach that minimizes stress.

Because of his CPRES training, Steve is there for his clients every step of the way helping with the big and small details of probate property sales all the way until the closing of the sale of the home.
