Steve was amazing. Buying a house can be stressful and we were on a roller-coaster ride but he did everything to make buying our dream home as easy a possible. He was there through the entire process! We moved from New Jersey to Lakeland Florida so there were times we could not be at our new home but Steve was there to make sure everything went according to plan. He stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process! If you are looking for the perfect realtor, look no further!! Steve is the man to get it done! Truly don't have the words to describe what my experience was! This process is nothing short of stressful. However having the right realtor in your corner can and will be the difference. I was truly hard to deal with the amount of questions and uncertainty that my family had was beyond words. ANY question that we may have had was answered to the fullest. There was not ONE TIME that I called and he didn't answer. And some of the calls and text were late "11pm" at one point. Steve will truly go above and beyond for his clients. He proves this from day one. Steve is one of the most honest people I have had the pleasure to know. You will not be disappointed in the service you receive from Steve Van Gorden!!!!!!!

Steve is a amazing realtor. From our first conversation to the end he was always very prompt. I would send a message to see a home and he would immediately have it set up. He allowed me to walk through the homes and was available to answer any of my questions. Any questions I had, and there were a few, he was quick to respond to me. He helped me through the whole process and made me feel at ease and not stressed. Anyone that is looking to buy a home should definitely go with Steve.

If you want a realtor who REALLY works for you, Steve is your man. He bent over backwards to make sure all paperwork, all title work, and financing were correct so we had an uneventful closing. He also had lists of potential properties lined up for us to view immediately, as soon as he found out our requirements. I would recommend him to anyone searching for their forever home.

My condo got the offer that we closed on, one day after Steve listed my property. This was pretty fast and furious and I was completely unprepared for having my condo sold so quickly. Steve and I worked very well together and he is extremely product-oriented. He got the product for both of us and I would highly recommend him if you are listing or you need a buyer's agent. In 2014 Steve was instrumental in getting us an affordable home in Spring Hill. It was a Fannie Mae home for which he orchestrated everything perfectly, even bringing it up to the homeowners insurer's standard and assisting with the financing. In 5 years our $47,500 home has garnered more than $100,000 of equity! Basically paying us to own it! He worked very hard for this low commission sale, for which we reaped all of the benefits. Though I've said it before, but can't say it enough..."Thank you, Steve"

Steve is a wonderful sincere realtor. If he says he will do something he goes out of his way to make sure it is done. My husband and I worked with him to get our present home and we found him reliable an (important to us) always on time for his appointments.
