The idea that I could own a home, seemed unreachable, but as I watched prices drop due to the economy, I began to wonder if it could happen. Steve responded to an inquiry I made online about a house I looked at, and I immediately felt comfortable with asking questions and beginning this process. Throughout the 5 plus months it took to find and purchase the house we fell in love with, he never stopped encouraging us, answering our crazy questions, or calming our anxious thoughts. A short sale is truly not for the weak of heart, but he made it so much easier. We never doubted it would all come out fine in the end. I would recommend Steve to anybody who wants a positive experience in what can be a very stressful process. He's the best, and we were so very lucky to have found him.

Working with Steve was wonderful! He was very understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. Steve did an amazing job finding a new home for us. He was low pressure, honest and even told us when not to buy. Steve is a real estate agent with integrity and I would recommend him to family and friends. He found us a great selection of homes and was patient with my wife and I when we couldn’t make up our minds. Steve recently listed and sold a house for us that was part of our son's estate. Steve was a true professional throughout the entire process. He was on top of every detail as the sale progressed. He did a great job with the marketing materials for the listing and the house sold within 24 hours. Steve handled every detail throughout the transaction and was an excellent communicator and negotiator. Steve was very helpful throughout the entire house buying process. We told him what we wanted and he didn't try to sell us anything that didn't meet our requirements. He even gave his honest opinion when we were ready to purchase something we didn't absolutely love and told us we should wait, even though he would have made a sale. We did, and he found us the perfect house! Steve was always willing to make the drive to show us any house at any time. He was always on time and always very professional. I have already recommended Steve to my sister and anyone else I know looking for real estate.
