Steve Weathers

Steve Weathers is an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty Consultants and a lifetime resident of the North Metro Atlanta area. Steve has experience with both commercial and residential properties, including rezoning issues. He is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. He is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), with the knowledge and experience to assist you with the purchase or sale of distressed properties, including foreclosures and the negotiation of short sales. With experience negotiating contracts, Steve works diligently to help their clients successfully navigate through the maze of complicated contractual issues often involved in the real estate transaction process with the goal of attaining results that are always in their clients' best interests. He goes the extra mile to ensure that their clients are well taken care of during every aspect of the buying and selling process.
