One of my purposes in life is serving others. Helping buyers find the right property, or assisting sellers in selling their current home fulfills this purpose. My business plan is more about assistance than hard core selling. To give the buyer or seller the information needed so they can make informative, insightful decisions. What irritates me is when I hear about buyers or sellers who had a bad experience because the agent did not have a plan, process, or procedure resulting in a bad experience for the client, i.e. lost money, paid too much, unexpected surprises at the closing table. They lacked organization to guide the clients properly. What I have done to avoid/eliminate this from happening? Defined processes for buying property, and defined process for listing property. And these processes work! Always effective and always evolving.
