Our realtor, Steve Young, was very helpful from the first time we met with him to discuss the pros and cons of selling our home at this time. His advice was spot on. We sold our home well over the asking price. He helped us determine the best offer to choose out of 18 offers! We couldn’t have done it without his help. Realtors are so worth the investment. We made more of a profit because of his knowledge and expertise.

Steve helped my wife and I buy our first home. Working with Steve was effortless. He was upfront about the entire process (searching, financials, timeline, etc.). During our house search, he was always concerned with my wife and I having all the information at our disposal so we could make an informed decision. He used to renovate homes himself so he could give a reasonable estimate of hours it would take to fix or estimate of cost for a contractor/tradesman to repair. His upfront attitude about the positive and negative aspects of each home made the process realistic instead of a disingenuous game where “look how wonderful the kitchen/backyard/schools/etc. are” mindset is pushed on you. I would absolutely recommend his services to a friend, or stranger, and hope that everyone receives the same experience as I did.
