I am a licensed real estate broker specializing in residential real estate transactions throughout the City of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. I operate my own team under Sancerre Realty, but I am sponsored by Compass. As Sancerre Realty Group's go-to "numbers guru", I am an expert at accurately valuing properties for both first-time homebuyers and sophisticated investors. My focus on the numbers combined with my vast knowledge of the local markets helped me earn the 2014 Chicago Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year Award, and the 2015-2023 Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer Award. With over $150+ million in sales and $20+ million alone in 2023, I continue to grow my knowledge and team to better serve all our clients. Prior to starting the Sancerre Team, I was a top performer at one of Chicago's premier real estate brokerage companies. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, I served as an accounting and financial analysis for a large consulting company that represented various private equity firms and hedge funds. I graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. I received my Real Estate License from the State of Illinois.
