About Steve

Born and raised just north of Boston, Steve started his career as a computer systems operator for AT&T eventually moving to a leading Boston electronics manufacturing firm where he honed his managerial skills and communication abilities working with people all over the country.

An avid outdoorsman, Steve spent a good many weekends in the North Country and it just made sense that he settled in the White Mountains making it his permanent home. Upon arriving to the area Steve became the Central Reservations Manager and Assistant Executive Director for the Lincoln-Woodstock Chamber of Commerce. In this position he learned about all of the condo developments, second homes, rental properties, etc. which made for a natural progression into real estate.

Spending 12 years with a local franchise real estate company, Steve opened Bel Casa Realty to get out from under the cooperate umbrella in order to give each client a more caring, personalized experience. With hard work, integrity and by the Grace of God, Steve has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions in the immediate and surrounding Loon Mountain areas consisting of luxury second homes, vacation condos and first-time home buyers.

The only Realtor in the Lincoln-Woodstock and Loon Mountain region to be a Certified Luxury Market Specialist, Steve is also raked Top Ten in New Hampshire for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals.
