Outstanding! From my very first phone call until after closing, Steve went above and beyond! He was transparent and honest, was great at keeping me informed, is clearly very experienced in real estate, knows so much about the area, and educated me on so many important things along the way. I truly felt like he had my back throughout the entire process to make sure he was doing right by me. He did an excellent job of making everything as easy and stress free as possible. Steve Adams answered an inquiry I made on Facebook as to the value of our home. My wife and I were considering selling and relocating. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate business and steered us through the entire process of preparing our property to show, listing it for sale, and getting us a good price. He stayed with us through the process of looking for another home. He would show us several houses in a day and never lost his good personality and humor. When we finally found the house we wanted, he guided us through the process and remains with us as we work through securing a mortgage. I highly recommend Steve to anyone wishing to buy or sell real estate.

Well, here we go again. It's a year and a half later and we've decided to move again. Of course, we called Steve, and once again he came through for us spectacularly. After the sale of our home, he helped us in the purchase of a lot for our new home. We're now looking in all directions for what exactly we're going to put on the lot, and Steve is still interested in us and helping us with this too. There's no better out there folks. Steve was great! We were selling my Dad's house for his estate. Steve gave us great advice on what we needed to replace/repair before listing vs things that a new owner would prefer to make their own choices. We live a few hours away so Steve provided us with contacts for things such as lawn care while we were cleaning out the house & while it was listed. The property sold quickly with a deal that everyone was happy with! This was a very stress free transaction during a stressful time! Thanks Steve!

When my wife and I began looking on-line for a new home, Steve was the first person to offer us assistance. Over the next few months, Steve provided us updates daily and kept us current on any homes that met our our expectations. Being that we were 3.5 hours away from the area, Steve would even personally go and preview homes that we were interested in and would give us his honest opinion. Once we found our future home, Steve guided us through the process and provided valuable insight throughout the offer phase, negotiation phase and closing phase. Even though we closed 2-months ago, Steve still stays in contact with us and has become a lifelong friend of ours. I would highly recommend Steve if you are looking to purchase property anywhere in the southeastern NC beach area. Great guy that will work hard and put you first!

Working with Steve was (and remains) a pleasure.

Steve took the time before we arrived in town to get to know our preferences, and he shared a number of listings for us to review online to understand our personal likes and dislikes. There are a number of distinct lifestyle options in-and-around Southport and Steve created a full agenda for us when we came into town to ensure we understood the benefits from a location and price perspective.

Once we found a house we loved, Steve coached us through the negotiation process and we secured our dream house in downtown Southport. However, being remote buyers we still needed help with home inspections, local insurance, utilities, etc., and Steve has helped every step of the way.

We still rely on Steve for local knowledge and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Southport area.

Steve was great to work with! Since we didn’t live in the area he set us up so we got daily listings of beach homes in the Brunswick County area. Once he got a feel for what we wanted, he helped us narrow our search to Oak Island. A listing came up for an ocean front condo and Steve pounced on it to do a virtual tour. Within a few days we had made an offer and it was accepted. We have always wanted a home at the beach and now we have one thanks to Steve’s real estate knowledge and hard work.

My wife and I were thinking of selling our home in Holden Beach and relocating to Wilmington. We answered a real estate ad on Facebook for a free market analysis of our home. We were promptly contacted by Steve Adams. We are so glad he was the one to come. Steve helped us through the process of selling our home and then stayed with us over a 2 month period of searching for a home in a hot market. He was always available if we had any questions and was tireless in his efforts to find us a home. After we finally found the right home for us he stayed with us through the mortgage process all the way to closing. We are proud to say he was our real estate pro and even more so that he is our friend.
