Steven Alderman

I am Steven Alderman, part of “The A Team” with Signature Real Estate Brokerage. Partnered with my wife, we are a military family and have lived in the Warrensburg area since 2020. We understand the unique challenges and needs that come with military life, whether it's finding the perfect home during a PCS move or maximizing your VA loan benefits.

Steven has been an active duty member of the Air Force since 2011. Originally from Ohio, he has been stationed in Alaska, Oklahoma, and now in Missouri. He has firsthand experience using and leveraging the VA loan. I am an alumni of Oklahoma State University, and am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. (Side note) I love having the opportunity to assist buyers who require home modifications or adaptations due to mobility challenges.

We quickly grew to love the Whiteman area and strive to help others find a spot to call their own. We are here to listen, advise, and advocate on your behalf. We go above and beyond and would love to assist you in any way we can!
