I began my real estate career in 2008. Most people thought I was crazy with the state of the market at that time! I figured if I could make it in the bad times I would be in it for the long haul. Besides, I didn't know what they meant by "the good times" anyway so I didn't feel like I was really missing out anything. Those first couple of years were rough, I wasn't from Columbia so I didn't have a huge group of contacts to work and all I heard from the media and peers around me were how bad things had become. But my time in the military (that's how I got to be a Columbian by the way!, US ARMY!) taught me to push through the bad and not focus on the negative. So, that's what I've done. Now it's 2016 and I'm still in the business and I LOVE what I do! I have grown and learned a lot about myself, the business and what it takes to be successful in real estate(good communication is definitely up there). I use the tools and knowledge that come from my experience to give my clients the best possible experience whether they are buying, selling or building a custom home. I am also proud to say that I have many life long friends that started out as my real estate clients. So, if you are in the market to buy or sell, call me today so I can put my skills to work for you!
