Steven Arndell was a excellent realtor and not only found us homes that we didn't think to look at( we fell in love with one he suggested and I am staring out the window of the property right now) but Steven maintained daily contact with me, addressed all our concerns and fought for us to get the very best deal including working at 11 pm! I am so blessed and pleased to have worked with him. The current market demands a quick response from your realtor or you don't stand a chance of getting the home you want. We saw a listing for a great house, Steve set up a showing for the next morning! Did amazing work on the contract. We had it signed before the next viewing. He is fast with a respond to questions (I prefer text) and VERY thorough. I highly recommend Steve. You won't be disappointed with his work.
