Steven Arreguin

Hi, I’m Steven Arreguin. I was born and raised in the picturesque East Texas Piney Woods, where I spent my youth fishing, hunting, and playing sports with my four younger brothers. After high school, I followed the family tradition and joined the fire service. I hold a degree in Fire Protection and Technology from Weatherford College and currently serve as a Battalion Chief for the Nacogdoches Fire Department.

Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2020, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed helping my clients find their ideal properties, whether it’s a cozy residential home or the perfect piece of land to build their dreams.

I have a deep-rooted love for my home state of Texas and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. My wife, Kortni, works as a midwife in the Nacogdoches area, and our two daughters, Rylie and Karter, attend school at Cushing ISD. In my spare time, I enjoy watching my kids play softball and working on our country property.
