My husband and I worked with Steve in January 2025 to find a home in the Nashville area. We had talked to several other realtors at the time, but Steve was the perfect fit for us. He's smart, dedicated, patient, and very personable. He's the guy that makes a great friend, but also the guy you want in your corner for negotiations. He truly has his clients best interests in mind. He doesn't want to just sell you a house. He will find you your home and fight to get the deal you want for it. He was patient with all our questions (mostly mine if I'm being honest, haha) and we trust him completely. We cannot say enough good things or recommend him highly enough for anyone looking for a wonderful home buying experience.

I worked with Steve to sell my father's home and I would gladly work with him again. The sell took place under unfortunate and stressful circumstances. From the beginning Steve was kind and helpful. My wife and I moved from the west coast to Tennessee and Steven Asadoorian was our realtor. We had very limited face to face contact during the ordeal except for the one time that my wife flew out to look for houses. He was absolutely wonderful to work with and gave constant updates and did his best to ensure that we got the home that we were looking for. Our home walkthrough was done remotely and we trusted Steve to do the right thing. He walked through the house inside and out without us present and made sure that every tiny thing was taken care of outside of our presence.

It’s an amazing feeling to know that you have someone on your side when you’re not around to take care of things yourself. We drove thousands of miles and showed up to a pristine house with every blemish taken care of before we showed up. Things could have gone so wrong, but they went so right because of Steve.

After we moved here a huge snow/ice storm hit and he even checked in on us even though the deal was done. If you’re looking for a realtor that’s also a friend, then going with Steve is the way to go.

This is the second time I’ve worked with Steven on selling and buying a home. To say that he is a pleasure to work with is an understatement. Steven is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and he always has his client’s best interest in mind. His entire team is that way and I never felt like I was out of the loop or not understanding each step as we made it. Outside of being one of the best in the business, Steven is a kind, supportive and all-around good human being. Going above and beyond is their normal routine. Steven and Sam were absolutely amazing during our home-buying process! Recommended to us from our realtor in a different state, they won us over immediately with their quick responses and willingness to help. Coming in from out of town, they were extremely flexible with timing, and helpful in helping us find areas we would want to live in. In one weekend, Sam and Steven got us in to see 25 houses, most of which were last minute and the result of a complete change in area of interest. The buying process was also extremely easy with these 2, and their team made the whole process painless. Would highly recommend Steven and Sam to anyone looking for a home in the middle Tennessee area - you will be happy you did!

This is the 2nd home I have purchased with Sam and EXP Realty. Like the first time, Sam was attentive, responsive, and always accommodating to my busy schedule. She is very knowledgeable about the Nashville market (and the surrounding neighborhoods) and came to each showing with her homework completed on comps, previous offers, etc. She was also very helpful in the negotiation phase, and I felt Like I had a true partner in the whole process. This was my 2nd time with Sam and EXP Realty, but it will not be my last.

Samantha is amazing, to simplify her. Sam has quickly part of our family. We can't look at our home and not see Sam. She was patient with us before, during, and post build. We are so thankful for Sam. She is straightforward and I love that. There was a few times when I was communicating with our builder that I felt they weren't hearing me. I would let Sam know, and within 24 hours the issue was resolved. My children started saying, "Mom is going to get Mrs. Sam on you!" Sam is reliable, the lines of communication is always open, and she goes above and beyond for you and your family. See...amazing! Thanks you Sam for everything. In times of uncertainty, market volatility, and whatever your situation may be; it is important to find the right Realtor. Steve is that Realtor. This review is overdue honestly, as our family has still been settling in after moving from the West Coast to Nashville. For us, trust was the biggest factor in finding a Realtor and purchasing a property somewhere we were not familiar with. A decision that we were not taking lightly. We knew we had to find someone we could really count on to be qualified, knowledgeable, and just honest. Steve is all of those things and more. Taking the time out of his schedule with no promise of our business to show us around and answer our hundreds of questions. All for us to get back on a plane and fly off into the sunset. Steve supplied us with market reports, kept showing us options from afar, and even FaceTimed us from open houses. My family knew we had found the right person. He was always there for us and available. In the one instance he was out of town for business, he had someone lined up to take care of us. But shopping for a house is just that, shopping. Actually, purchasing a home is when all of the stakes go up and emotions are high. Where I was worried and unsure in a new market, Steve was very prepared. He knew the market, knew the objective and got the deal done. We had some back and forth with our sale, but everything was clear and done by the book. We are so thankful to have Steve and the team at Home Squad. So much so that my parents have purchased a home with him and my brother plans to when he is able. He has become a member of our family and we plan on him helping with every real estate transaction we have in the future. Look no further and give Steve a call. You are in good hands.

Moving across the country can be pretty daunting but not when you have someone like Steve to guide you !
Steve is the most genuine kind hearted realtor out there. From day one of helping us relocate from NY to TN, he was there to answer any of our questions and address any of our concerns. He’s very knowledgeable and in todays market that is so important to help you get the house you want. He knows how to put your offers in and also protect you from getting tied up. He will find out as much information as he can about a property for you. He listened to our wants and needs and is willing to go the extra mile ( quite literally) ! We can’t say enough about Sam . We met Sam 3 years ago when we first thought about moving from NJ to Tennessee and she stuck with us and kept checking in on us until we found the perfect house and property for our large family. Sam made this dream come true for us as we had a nightmare sale in NJ but Sam stuck with us and ensured that everything in Tennessee worked out which included numerous contacts with the seller’s agent in Tennessee since our closing on our NJ house kept getting delayed. My husband and I started our journey and dream of living in Williamson county over four years ago. We were recommended to Steve by friends in Chicago, who were looking to relocate to the Nashville area. At the time, we were not ready to purchase but worked with him to get an understanding of the real estate market in Middle Tennessee, as well as finding the right area for our family. Over the last several years, he was diligent in sending us listings and really understood what we were looking for. Last year when my husband and I were ready to throw our hat in this crazy market, Steve took the time to explain the local current market trends, timing, what we should expect and how to navigate it all from a distance. After a couple of trips and tours with Steve, we decided to go with new construction. Steve's knowledge in new construction home builds was impressive, as he knew the right questions to ask and became an incredible advocate for us with the builder and didn't shy away from tough situations. Steve and his team were on top of everything, offered sound advice, and was extremely responsive, particularly in the hectic days leading up to closing. His team made recommendations for vendors, scheduled inspections and managed multiple tasks to keep us organized and prepared for closing day to go off without a hitch. I would highly recommend Nashville Home Squad, particularly for those interested in relocating to Middle Tennessee. Working with Steve was a great experience. He fights hard for his client and offers sound advice. Steve's associates (team) are very professional and were a pleasure to work with.
