Steve Ballew is a founding principal and CEO of Pinnacle Real Estate Services. He is a retired Army officer with 22 years of service to our country. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Georgia and a master’s degree in Business from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Steve started his career in real estate in 2006 with Keller Williams Realty, serving in the Dawsonville, Cumming, and Woodstock areas before opening his own real estate brokerage in 2017.
