Steven is an exceptional real estate agent, and the best one we have ever worked with, and there have been many many bad ones we have worked with over several decades. He answered all of our questions in great detail, keeping us fully informed of everything we needed to know regarding each and every property we visited. He was always on time, actually early (if you aren't 5 minutes early you are late). He was always on top of everything even when we were a bit pushy. He helped us get notified of new listing immediately that met our requirements and desires. He was able to maximize the sale of our old house and helped us find our dream home and make an excellent offer. We benefitted from both the selling and buying transactions due to his expertise. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Huge kudos and gratitude for Steve and his team!!
