Steve was great to work with! He really went above and beyond in making sure our home was the best it could be when listing it. His suggestions worked as we had multiple offers on our home above asking price within three days! He was also wonderful when it came to helping us find our perfect home. He was always on top of things and continually updating us with new information. Steve truly cared about us finding our perfect home at the best price. I would absolutely recommend using Steve if you are buying or selling a home! We have found our lifelong realtor!

My wife and I first found Steve when we were looking to buy our first home in 2015 and were searching through Zillow. We tried several different realtors to understand the market and services that realtors offered as we were new to the whole process (filtering our engagements with only the highest rates realtors). A handful of realtors felt like we were dealing with used car sales people trying to get us to buy the most expensive house to boost their profit while others it we felt just didn't care about what we said or maybe just completely ignored it, but Steve did neither.

Steve has always been very professional, attentive, and respectful throughout the whole process - helping to remove all the pressure and stress by listening carefully to our wants and needs as well as staying in the budget that my wife and I choose! Steve is extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions that we could think of as well as noting other things for us to consider that we hadn't even thought of in order to help us find the perfect home and location that fit our family's needs!

Steve has now helped us buy 2 homes (and sell our first home well above our asking price and only after only a couple days on the market) and we couldn't imagine going through the process without him. We feel very fortunate to have met such an incredible realtor and highly recommend Steve for anybody and everybody looking for a realtor!

Let’s talk about Mr. Steve Calley real quick! He was SO responsive throughout the whole process, he really listened to what we wanted and worked SO hard to find it. He would even expand our search a little and it helped us realize even more things we wanted or didn’t want in a home and he was so patient in making little tweaks here and there to our search. Then we found a neighborhood we loved that was about a 45 minute drive. Steve didn’t even hesitate to make that commute to help us look at homes and that’s where we found a home we absolutely love and plan to raise a family in! He even texted us on our 1 year home anniversary!!! He’s just so thoughtful, professional, and personable. HIGHLY recommend :) we love you Steve!!!

Steve was amazing to work with. He went out of his way multiple times and made the experience great. The effort he puts towards customer service is more than anyone could ask for. I am not sure if he sleeps since he helped me with the purchase at all times of the day/night. He is very organized and followed up with every question that I asked. I would recommend Steve if you are looking for someone that is hard working, great personality, and with integrity. If I buy/sell another house I will definitely use Steve in the future. Steve Calley has done a great service with the homes he has sold in our neighborhood of Greenway Park, along with those surrounding us such at Torrey-Peaks and Arrowhead. He has sold many homes and I have known the sellers and met the buyers for most of those and they have all spoken highly of Steve's integrity and up front attitude concerning costs, advice for preparing the homes for sale and providing the buyers ( our new neighbors) with information about our neighborhoods and how we are working to improve it and keep them good family oriented places to live. He is a former resident who took a very active part in the community and will be the person I call if myself, family, or friends need help with finding a solution to any housing situation that may arise.

Steve worked with us for several months as we struggled to find the right home for us. He did a great job with showing us homes. I was working 7-7 at that point, so it made for some late showings but Steve worked with us. A lot of times, these showing had to be scheduled and shown in the same day because houses in our price range have been going so quickly. But even with having to make sudden changes to the scheduled showings, Steve would make it happen! He didn't let us get discouraged as we had five offers get rejected prior to finally going under contract! He did a phenomenal job throughout the process with helping us feel comfortable and understanding everything that was going on (there is a lot!). We would highly recommend him to anybody that needs a realtor, he is the best!

I have never bought or sold a house through Steve Calley, but I can attest to his incredible integrity, service, and work ethic. I am a relative and I am frequently in his home. He gets up soon after 5 am to start his day and works often late into the night. Sundays are his family day and he diligently sets aside that time for them, but that means he has to work extra hard the other days. He responds to my texts and emails immediately when I ask him about the market, or particular houses even though he knows I am not actively in the market yet. When I asked to see a home, he set up the appointment and showed me immediately, even knowing I maybe wasn't ready to buy, I was just feeling the market. Steve has the deepest integrity of anyone I know; this integrity goes beyond just being honest. He knows right from wrong and he practices right in all he does, even if it is hard. He will not bend rules, cut corners or do shady work to close a deal, even if it is a deal he really wants. You can trust him, and trust what he says. The first time I realized how straight arrow he was, was years ago when he got too much change (less than 50 cents) and fretted until he returned the money the next day. Steve is smart and knowledgeable about the housing market, contracts, and prepping a home for sale. (As an added bonus, he also treats his current and past clients with wonderful goodies like frequent restaurant coupons for free meals, and annual treats like a pre-release showing of Frozen 2 in the theater, and free family portraits.) He's my realtor!

"We weren't worried about selling our home in this market, but we were worried about not being able to buy another home (any offer we would make would be contingent on selling our old home) before we had to be out of our house. Although we weren't worried about selling in this market, Steve did help us to get about $15K more than we thought we would and he helped get us several offers that would allow for us to remain in the home for significant time after closing if we needed it to help us find a new place. The buying end (what had us very worried from the start) went as smooth as could be. We found a new place, got a contingent offer accepted and moved into a beautiful home that we love in an area that we love just one week after closing on our old house. We met Steve when he came to our door last fall, he followed up with us this winter and we interviewed him and were very impressed with his presentation and decided to list our home with him.
