We met Steven back in April 2023 or so and he helped us immensely through the entire process of finding and buying our first home last month! There are no words to express the magnitude of how much we'd recommend working with Steven. He was friendly, active, motivated, and patient during the 3+ months he worked with us and 70+ homes we saw together. His knowledge of the field and analytical processing made him the ideal person to work with even during the complicated marked we dealt with. We ended up purchasing a home we love, in the neighborhood we targeted, with all the features we desired, greatly due to Steven's work and dedication. He also provided us with great contacts for every step of the process including lenders, contractors, suppliers, and more, adding that much more value to working with him. Steven didn't only go the extra mile, but pretty much crossed the country to ensure that we were happy, even after purchasing our home, helping us with documentation, understanding the steps needed to take as homeowners, and providing advice for anything we needed.
