Steven Doan

Steven K. Doan is a commercial broker associate with Realty ONE Group West. Steven has earned the CCIM credentials and has over 19 years of experience as a full time investment and leasing specialist. The CCIM designation is the highest professional commercial real estate designation given by the National Association of Realtors and only 6% of all commercial real estate brokers nationwide are CCIM.

Steven has sold & leased commercial properties in throughout Southern California. He has a wide range of experience with 1031 tax deferred exchanges in the field of commercial real estate, including retail, medical office, industrial, land, and multi-family.

In addition to this experience, Steven is also an owner of multi-family, rental homes, retail, and office properties. Therefore, he can offer valuable insight and provide firsthand what clients need to know to guide them toward their commercial goals.
