Steven Fontes, CCIM

Mr. Fontes is a 35+ year veteran of the commercial real estate industry here in Southern California. Leveraging the extensive knowledge he gained as a commercial real estate appraiser, Mr. Fontes has been providing commercial real estate brokerage services since 2003 to clients that are seeking a high level of ethical standards paired with significant analytical abilities.

Mr. Fontes is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside (UCR), having earned a degree in Computer Science, Class of 1987. He is a frequent public speaker on topics related to commercial real estate. He has served in the past on the UCR Planned Giving Advisory Board (3 years) as well as on the board for the Dikaios Christian Educators Association (8 years). He is currently serving on the Economic Development Council for the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce and is a graduate of the Leadership Riverside program, Class of 2012.

When not working, he enjoys kayaking and snow skiing. Steven is very happily married to his lovely wife Christine. They have four children, two of which are still at home.
