Emerging from a background as a real estate analyst, consultant and appraiser for nearly 20 years; as well as a decade in restaurant hospitality, Steve's passion for excellent service derives from his knowledge and experience in real estate markets and meeting clients needs in various capacities, often prior to those needs event being recognized. Fairness and integrity is a cornerstone of utmost importance throughout his entrepreneurial life in business with a desire to provide a concierge style of personal service to each and every client.

Growing up at outposts around the world as a youth, Steve's family settled in Southern California where he began his real estate career as an analyst for an investment company before delving into the appraisal business where he rapidly became a highly sought after professional specializing in the luxury coastal market. He worked with major lending institutions such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, J.P. Morgan Chase, andvarious national mortgage banking companies as well as major builders including Pardee Homes, Taylor Woodrow, John Laing Homes, Richmond American, Standard Pacific. and The Irvine Company. He prides himself on a broad based knowledge of all aspects of real estate including finance, title and, of course, valuations. That entrepreneurial spirit struck Steve again in 2007 when he founded a much loved restaurant in Corona del Mar ¿ the crow bar and kitchen. His penchant for hospitality and understanding of markets lead to its success for nearly a decade until its sale in 2016. Steve's experience provides a comprehensive approach of knowledge, understanding, and passion, which creates a strong and important foundation of professionalism in today's market.
