We have stayed at Bayside resort every year since 2010 (most times twice each year). We have rented through several different agencies, and none of them compare to the service that Bethany Beach Home Rentals gives. They are truly second to none. We have rented through them for the past few years and have had a wonderful experience each time.

Had a great experience with Steve and his team. They managed our beach house as we are out of state. His team was responsive and had to handle some repairs and issues for us. We really appreciate the diligence and communication. Would definitely use him as a property manager.

It’s our second year staying in Lewes, DE at the Coastal Club through Bethany Beach Home Rentals. Every year we go with our three children and my husband’s side of family — his parents, and his sister and their two kids. A big house is in order! There are so many good home rental options to accommodate large groups, not to mention so many options - the clubhouse, pool (an adult pool AND amazing kids pool), playground, or grilling out at home. We found the perfect rental each time through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals website - their site makes it super easy to filter what you’re looking for: number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.
in addition to beautiful luxury properties that are comfortable and clean, their customer service is top-notch! Excellent communication, friendly staff, and someone is always available to speak to in the office — they even have a special number to call in case there are any issues upon check-in. The check-in and check-out instructions are very clear, and they make the whole process seamless.
I ended up leaving two bathing suits by mistake at the house after we checked out, and I contacted the office the next day. The office coordinated with their staff and cleaning crew and they were able to retrieve my bathing suits from the house and they mailed them back to me!!!!
I have to give a special shout out to Audrey and Steve who coordinated to help me get them back!

We look forward to making our trips to the beach with Bethany Beach Home Rentals a family tradition!

Bethany Beach home rentals, managed by Steve Gilbert, won't disappoint. We've been renting at Bayside for years. The homes are always clean. Amenities are great. Ocean is about 15 minutes away with a shuttle you can take to Fenwick State park Beach if you don't want to drive.

Booked a house to rent in the Coastal Club in Lewes, DE for an upcoming baseball tournament. Only needed 4 days and the Airbnb listing didn't mention anything about a 6 night minimum. I only found out about this after I paid my deposit and confirmed by calling the Club. I did get a full refund from Airbnb. I feel like this is a bait and switch operation as there are several properties currently listed on their site in the Coastal Club offering a three night minimum when this isn't allowed. Buyer beware, this management company knows the rules at the club and offering not allowed rental periods.
UPDATE: We actually did rent a property with them and the experience was great. Michael helped out with a couple very minor things and offered up suggestions for dinning and ice cream. Would definetly use them again.

Steve was a great resource before and after our stay. He took his time to describe several rentals, and had personal knowledge of each. He was responsive every time I contacted him with a question, including the day we checked in with an issue, he responded and had a quick resolution. Will use him next time we rent in the Bethany/Lewis area! Had a wonderful vacation! Steve was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous!

This was our first year renting our new beach house with Bethany Beach Home Rentals. Our house rented so quickly and got us top dollar. Our renters were very respectful, some even taking their shoes off before entering our home. The cleaners that Steve hired kept our house looking great. We've had other rentals in the past managed by other local companies and by far Bethany Beach Rentals is the best. The quality of the renter was better, the cleaning was better, the wear and tear on our home was better, and the customer service was better. I would recommend Steve and his team at Bethany Beach rentals highly. We will be using them again for sure!

Steve is a great agent. Steve was referred to me by another agent to provide rental services. He was phenomenal! He found a great corporate tenant for my property. This was while others in the community where my property was located had difficulties finding tenants for their property and when they did the rent did not cover their expenses. Steve checked the credit worthiness of the tenant and made sure the prospect was a quality tenant.

When real estate prices began to rise Steve was able to list my property for sale and I was able to sell for top dollar. Steve was very transparent and made sure I was informed about the process. He is patient and kind.

I highly recommend Steve! He is great!!!

Recently rented property in the Bethany Beach area from Keller Williams Realty….Dealt with Steve and Beth Gilbert, transaction was seamless with easy payments…..Property was located of Forest Landing in Frankford Delaware ….. property was meticulously maintained and included a community pool that was great for ALL ages ….short drive to beaches, restaurants, shopping….Steve and Beth was instantly responsive to any questions we had…AAA+++ realtor and property….. plan on staying for many years to come…..
