Having bought and sold Real Estate himself, Steven knows from personal experience that clear, honest and prompt communication throughout the process is key to a successful and stress free transaction, which is why he maintains constant contact and expeditiously answers clients questions as they arise, keeping them apprised every step of the way.
A native of Queens, New York, Steven earned a B.A. in Political Science at Queens College CUNY. Following graduation, he worked in the newspaper distribution business, where he serviced multiple retail accounts and prided himself on excellent customer service while representing the New York Daily News. As his union's elected business representative, he also enjoyed a unique opportunity to develop and hone his negotiating skills.
Steven later transitioned to real estate for a year before relocating to South Florida to be closer to his aging parents. He and his Miniature Dachshund, Franz, currently live in Boca Raton, where in his free time he loves reading, playing the piano, singing karaoke, and rooting for the New York Jets, Mets, and Knicks. He's also been studying Russian for the past four years.
