Most, if not the majority of agents and brokers create listings by preparing property images, property descriptions, and related information to post it on the MLS. And then wait and hope for showings and offers.

I implement sales strategies that allow me to develop a targeted group of potential buyers who are the most receptive to the property I want them to see and act on. Once I create the buyer profile based on the property attributes, I then showcase the features to appeal to the best buyers for each listing.
