Steven Huddleston

Steve, since 2000 he has held a license with national franchises and is the largest home builder in America. He feels like he is back home at Legendary Realty, a privately owned, family company. They are not burdened by expensive overhead or administrative log jams. They are lean and mean. They combine a familial sensitivity with the experience, knowledge, and technical savvy of the big guys.

The truth is that at the end of the day, it comes down to your agent, doesn't it? Steve is polite and patient enough to listen to his customers yet aggressive enough to do what needs to be done to bring contracts to fruition.

In Alabama, he has been licensed as a Real Estate Agent, Home Builder, Contractor, and Life Insurance Agent.

Steve has served as the President of the Board of Directors for Affordable Houses. He is the Director of the Baldwin County Correction Facility's inmate recovery program, President of his POA, and a member of the United Methodist Church.

He is the proud father of two daughters and two granddaughters.

Steve enjoys kayaking, gardening, fine art, traveling, cycling, and writing.
