Steve and Christina are the dream team. I can’t say enough great things about them. They’re patient and spend the time to get to know their clients to make sure that they get what they really want. They’re also connected to some great brokers for unusual and non traditional lending scenarios. Thank you both for putting me in the best home and best location. As a recently divorced, self-employed, single mom I gave them an impossible task and they delivered my dream home.

If you're looking for exceptional service and results, work with Steve and Christina. They provide the sort of luxury/boutique service you dream of having from your agents, in a way that's approachable for everyday people.

We started out our home search working with a different agent, who was very popular but ended up making us feel like a number (she put in offers late, forgot my name a bunch, and I never even met her in person). After a few months I was feeling defeated and unvalued.

Then I was referred to Steve and Christina by a close friend. We talked to them and immediately could tell the difference in approach. First of all, they only take a small number of clients at any time. That resonated with me, because I knew we would be a priority and not one in a million like my previous agent. They even offered to buy out my contract with the other agent if we needed.

After an initial consultation to see if we were a good match, Steve and Christina began by doing a deep dive into our needs. Within a few days we were out looking for homes. Within a few weeks, we had an offer on our dream home accepted.

Throughout the home search and buying process, they educated us about our options and taught us how to compete and win in a market that previously felt impossible. They are super smart and strategic but also kind and caring. They were so responsive - night or day, whether I wanted to see a house or had a question, they were there for me. They made me feel safe and valued - I knew they were with me every step up the way and looked out for my interests. I wasn't just a transaction.

They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn't recommend them more enthusiastically. Thank you Hale Hung Homes!

I've worked with several real estate agents in the past and this is my first time working with a married couple, Steve and Christina, which has been a different yet wonderful experience by far.

Steve is very responsive and has an innovative mindset approaching this unprecedented, booming housing market. He offer advices when I had doubts in negotiating deals as both a seller and buyer. He also diligently informs upcoming houses within our stringent criteria established between my wife and I. Quite honestly, he searches for these potential homes before us and that's very much appreciated especially when it can be exhausting searching for houses ourselves in this demanding market.

Christina compliments Steve in various angles. While selling our house, she knows what it takes to stage the house with meticulous efforts. I really like how they added the yellow flowers as a decoration for showings, it's simple yet adds a personal touch and stands out effectively. When looking for houses to buy, she has a knack for recommending possible renovations that suits our lifestyle, and it shows she cares as much as we do in purchasing a home.

Although Steve and Christina offer different insights, they balance each other out with their passion while maintaining a high professionalism. If there's one thing that sets them apart from other real estate agents, is patience. I think we can all agree patience is an essential trait to have either you're selling or buying a house, and that's the most important key to a house, pun intended.

Anyway, I can't predict my future but I know it may become inevitable to move on at some point. When it does happen, I would only recommend myself to Steve and Christina again, that way, they won't work with anyone else but me. I think it's quite obvious that you don't need to hear a recommendation from me given the positive vibe from this review.

Steve and Christina helped us with the monumental task of buying a house in another state in a wild sellers market. Steve helped us navigate the market, showing us far too many houses to count. We put at least 10 offers on houses. He was patient and stuck with us while we were stressed to the max. We wish he could have been our realtor for the house we sold out of state in order to move here, because our other realtor left money on the table that would have been extremely helpful to have in this market now. He didn’t hesitate to comp any house we wanted to offer on, and helped us strategize how to put in our offers.
He stayed on top of the sellers agent, and helped us to score a house. He helped coordinate closing with us coming out of state with the sellers agents who were completely unorganized, and he brought it all together no matter what hurdle they threw at us. I know that we were probably not easy to deal with, since we were anxious to get to closing and get into our house, but he was patient nonetheless.
Bonus: he offered great suggestions for good restaurants to try now that we have moved here, and we can’t wait to start trying them!
Hopefully, we’re in our new house for the long haul, but we know who to call if that ever changes.

Steven is very polite, efficient and good at his job. He did everything he could to make the sale of my uncle's house easy and convenient for us. He put a lockbox on the house so it could be shown without us having to meet him there and the house sold quickly and for the asking price. They did a great job for us.

Christina and Steve’s passion, drive, and knowledge for selling homes made me feel comfortable and secure all the way through the selling and purchasing of two property’s. I sold well over asking price on my old home and got a great deal on my new home in this 2020/2021 market!
