Steven from the Saucedo team was excellent! I actually met Steven at an open house where he was the seller’s agent. He was so kind and knowledgeable, I let my agent go and hired Steven.

I had been searching for a house for 6 months prior to that day. Once I hired Steven, I found a house within a few weeks and closed a few weeks after that.

Steven was fantastic in our search for a new home. We had a tight schedule to find a new home, needing to be out of our townhouse we were renting within 60 days. Steven has always been, and continues to be, very responsive with questions we have. He was very helpful when talking about things he likes about houses and things he disliked, and things that can and can't be changed. He knew we had a short time frame and was able to show us all the houses we wanted to look at whenever we had time to look at some. I will use Steven again next time I look for a home and will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
