Steven James

Steven James grew up in the country by Benson, MN. While attending college at the University of Minnesota-Morris he decided to enlist in the United States Army as Infantry and was stationed at Ft. Carson, Colorado. He was deployed to Afghanistan in 2012. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies through the University of Maryland. Upon returning back to Minnesota, Steven settled down with his daughter Charlotte outside of Montevideo. Steven has held management and community involvement positions within the community. He is the Chairman of his township. Steven founded a nonprofit organization in 2017 called Veterans in The Outdoors (VITO) which provides adaptive hunting/fishing outings for Veterans in order to help combat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and promote suicide awareness.

Steven purchased his house through Kuhlmann Real Estate Inc. and was so impressed by the care and hard work performed by the Realtor team that he decided to pursue a career in Real Estate himself. Steven's goal in working with Kuhlmann Real Estate Inc. is to provide exceptional knowledge and personal care to every buyer and seller. A home is a piece of property and location that every individual should take pride and comfort in. Steven hopes to connect with as many people within the community and provide exceptional real estate services.
