I would like to express my appreciate for the fine, fine service rendered by Mr. Steven Jones. He had my downtown Fort Worth condominium on the market at lightning speed, was totally professional, detailed, thorough, and friendly. He knew how to present my apartment in the best possible way. He was endlessly patient with my many phone calls and questions. He was always available when I needed him. The crowning delight was on December 23, the date of my closing. The settlement office called me at 5:00 and told me I would not receive my funds until December 28 because of the holiday. I called Steven. His reply was priceless: "Oh, no, no, no. That is not how this is going to be done. I will call you right back." In five minutes I had a call from the settlement office saying that my funds would be wired to me early the morning of December 24. I was so grateful to Steven for that, because I was able to have a relaxed holiday. He is the finest, and I would recommend him to anyone. I could not have found a better agent than Steven.

Mr. Steven Jones was such a pleasure to work with. After working with another realtor who made me very uncomfortable, I quickly reached out to Steven who was referred to me by a colleague. My first impression was that he was very personable. He addressed my needs and immediately started the arduous task of searching for a home for me. We looked at several houses but I never felt pressured to make a purchase. During the entire process, he served as a trusted guide to navigate the home buying process and never relented. He was very patient and energizing. He made the home buying process surprisingly enjoyable. He is certainly an asset to his company and I look forward to more opportunities to work with him.

Steven was amazing. He helped me every step of the way, from looking for the perfect home to answering all the (many) questions I had. Several evenings he worked very late into the night going over every line and detail of the paperwork, inspection, and loan process. I felt like I was his only client!! If I ever buy a home again, I will definitely use Steven. When it comes time for my daughter to purchase a home, he is the only realtor I would recommend her to use. THANK YOU, Steven.

I have been told that a realtor’s job is to find the right property, after determining what the clients are looking for. However, what if the couple do not agree? That was what Steven Jones had to deal with when trying to find my husband and I the right property. We agreed on a price range and the city, but little else. I wanted a ranch, he wanted a two story. I wanted lots of land and a fixer upper, he wanted a neighborhood and move in ready. Therefore, it took us months to find something. Yet Steven never showed any sign of exasperation. Even on short notice, he would arrange for us to view a house. Once, after spending half a day with us, we saw a house on our way home that interested us. We called Steve and that evening he had us viewing that property.
He patiently walked us through every step of the process and never made us feel ridiculous for asking a million questions. We never felt pressured into buying. When we finally found “our property,” not only was he able to recommend home inspectors but he met me at the property while our chosen inspector was there, allowing me to see for myself how thoroughly the house was inspected. Through out the entire process, my husband and I felt Steven made it clear that all three of us were part of a team. All opinions were respected. As a result, my husband and I have such respect for Steve and highly recommend him. Plainly stated: Steven is great to work with and is one heck of a realtor!
