I have been in the mortgage industry since 1997 and worked in several different capacities, as an account executive in the wholesale market and retail as a senior loan officer continuing with working on many different loan programs helping many borrowers get the best financing available to them.
We have partnered with many banks, lenders, and private investors that enables us to offer a wide variety of mortgage products such as conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and many specialty loans like the Non-QM (non-qualified mortgage), investor loans for realtor investors, fix & flip, bank statement only program, doctors & nurses, immigrant borrower loans. We do loans for borrowers with less than perfect credit scores or even no score as well as credit scores as low as 550 and in some cases with 500 scores. We now have the 1% down payment program exclusively through one of our partner lenders which in essence is the conventional 3% down payment program. Here’s how it works; Borrower’s down payment is 1% and the remaining 2% will come from the lender as a grant which does not have to be repaid and is not a second loan. Borrower will have to meet certain criteria and must be a first time home buyer (call me for more details if you are working with a client that is looking for a low down payment or down payment assistance program). So don’t let that potential buyer fall through the cracks, send them my way!
