Steven Kanefsky

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Steve Kanefsky’s interest in real estate dates back to his college days. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a BS in Finance and an MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate, Steve worked in commercial appraisal in Chicago before moving to Arizona in 1992. When his lifelong dream of owning his childhood summer camp in Eagle River, Wisconsin presented itself, he leaped at the chance. Steve owned and directed Camp Menominee for seventeen summers before rekindling his interest in real estate, earning his license in 2016.

Steve’s background in finance and business ownership result in a communicative, detail-oriented, and client-driven agent. After five years working closely with the illustrious Bonnie Hall, Steve joined her in her 2020 transition to the Walt Danley team. The choice was obvious -- “There’s the rest, then there’s the best.”
