Mr. Steven M. Leoni is the Managing Member and co-founder of Student Housing Partners, LLC which was formed in 2010. Prior to that, he was the Managing Member of Student Housing Solutions, LLC. Mr. Leoni is also the President of Leoni Properties, Inc., a real estate development firm specializing in the development and construction of Student Housing complexes.

Mr. Leoni has been the Managing Member of SHS since its inception and has grown the company to over $229 million in completed transactions. Mr. Leoni has over 19 years experience in the student housing industry, specifically developing, constructing, and managing said assets.

Mr. Leoni earned his Bachelor of Science from The College of Business, Florida State University in 1990.
