Steven Martini

Steven Martini, President of QFC Real Estate has extensive knowledge in professional commercial real estate management, sales, leasing and tenant representation throughout the Western United States.

Steve and his team currently manage over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial property. Additionally, he has directed more than 1,500 commercial real estate transactions in the Western United States totaling over 3,000,000 square feet office, retail and industrial properties (leased and sold).

Steve is a graduate of the University of Vermont and member of several professional and community-based organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, California Youth Lacrosse League, Antique and Classic Boat Society and the San Diego Yacht Club. Steve lives in the Little Italy neighborhood of Downtown San Diego with his wife (Rachelle) and two twin boys (Wolfgang and Theodore).
