I was living in California and retiring soon, looking to relocate in Arizona. I must have made 5 or 6 trips to Arizona to look for the right home for me. Steve was very accommodating to my unusual schedule and always made sure to meet me for showings every time I asked. After about 6 months he found the perfect house for me in Florence Az. At Merrill Ranch. His help with the process of finding a lender and insurance was awesome. Also he keeps in constant touch well after the sale. I found Steve to be an excellent realtor. Generally, I can be pretty tough on realtors as I expect them to earn their money and am quick to change realtors as a result of this.
