Over three thousand live band shows touring the entire American South opening for national acts such as Montgomery Gentry, Brantley Gilbert, and Cole Swindell heightened Steven Padilla's love for home. His intense belief that a home is much more than a house motivates Steven in his mission to help his clients find their unique dream and story. Steven is initiative-taking, passionate, and committed to his clients. He employs aggressive marketing strategies using multiple media forms to leverage his clients over their competitors. Steven is driven by the principle that people matter far more than things.
