As a single woman, buying or selling a home -- with all the decisions that go along with it -- can be somewhat daunting. Throughout my recent home sale, Steven was a trusted and knowledgeable advisor and advocate who was professional and personable throughout the entire process. I know many real estate agents in the Chicago area and happily recommend Steven as my #1 go to for buying or selling.

Highly recommend Steven Powers with Powers Group Chicago. He is honest, very knowledgeable in both the Chicago market and construction/renovation quality and will not let you buy an overpriced or subpar home. He helped us find our single family house. He also helped me sell my condo fast and for the price price. I seriously don’t know anyone who’s better and I am very picky / particular. 😎

Over the last several years, we have done a number of real estate deals with Steven both on the buy and sell side and can’t say enough great things. His guidance in navigating the market and understanding the buyers perspective makes what can be a difficult process very easy. And on the sell side, going above and beyond to make sure showings and inspection items are handled was a big relief as we were navigating the whole process. He was always there to answer any question and provide his perspective making sure we got the best deals on both sides. There is no need to look for another realtor as long as Steve is in the business.
