It all started shortly after he graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Cal State Fullerton in 1983. His passion and desire to work in real estate landed him an early career in commercial real estate.
While his family began to grow, he worked first at Norris, Beggs & Simpson Companies and subsequently at Voit Real Estate Services. Working for these firms gave him a platform for early success. He continued to foster a foundation of growth and was blessed to be awarded the “Rookie of the Year” at the Newport Beach real estate firm.
As he continued his journey, Irvine Company named him–and two other team members– “Broker of the Year.” This came after successfully negotiating the largest commercial lease at the time–a 200,000 square foot, 10-year, $65,000,000.00 office lease at 3 Park Plaza. During this transaction, he represented AirTouch Cellular, which is now known as Verizon Wireless.
Circa 2001, two paths crossed. He started–and currently runs–a telecom consulting company, Milestone Wireless, and works with Verizon Wireless.
Nurturing and developing good relationships is extremely important to him and inherent to who he is. His skills and his relationships in commercial office, industrial, retail, land, and residential real estate give him the fulfillment and passion to help you achieve your dreams!!
Today, he takes pride in collaborating with his clients and focuses on serving THEIR needs, whatever they may be as it relates to their home ownership goals. Also, you won't feel any pressure from him to buy or sell. His goal is to help you identify and understand what the best path for you is, whether buying or selling. That takes understanding the marketplace, the overall economy, and the individual property you are interested among other factors. If his client is happy, then he's happy!
