Steve Rider started selling homes in the late 1970’s; licensed in both AZ and CA. He has been working closely with local builders in Arizona for over 40 years. In 2012, Steve launched his highly successful Builder Trade In Program™ nationally, with over 50 awarded territories. In 2016, The National Builder Trade In Program sales volume was over $1.1 Billion and ranked them the #1 Team in the World. In 2017, Steve was the recipient of the Rising Star Award at the Arizona MAME competition. Today, the Rider Elite Team is ranked #2 by Keller Williams Worldwide Realty.
Steve’s main passion is education and he has enjoyed great success as an educator, coach and team leader. He specializes in helping organizations and professionals break down the walls of change and get on a proven path to growth and success
