I am a Real Estate Professional with over 20 years of expertise helping families and individuals buy and sell homes in the Valley of the Sun. I specialize in listing and selling resale homes in Chandler, Tempe, Mesa and throughout the valley. I am very familiar with the Phoenix area as a life-long Arizonan who grew up in Tempe and graduated from Arizona State University’s WP Carey College of Business. I currently line in Chandler with my wife, Kim, and two boys. In my spare time, I am passionate about helping local non-profits and enjoying all that Arizona has to offer (mountain biking, hiking, and skiing).

My top priority is to provide outstanding customer service to all clients. I take the time to guide first time buyers through the process to helping sellers get the best price quickly. Steven was nice, helpful and went out of his way to assist us in the sale of my parents house. We live out of state and Steven was very willing to take care of items for us that we couldn't do from such a distant location. Everyone he suggested to us to help with the various issues we needed to deal with were good people and everything with the sale went well. I'd suggest Steven to anyone who needs to sale or buy a home.

We had to buy long distance without seeing the house physically. We did everything virtually. Steve did an excellent job for us. He video taped the house as he walked through it. They accepted our first offer, and he pointed out the roof would need repair so they took more off of our initial offer. I would heartily recommend Steve as a relator.
