Steven is an amazing realtor, he has been working with my family for the last year and 4 months. He walked us through the process of moving from Texas to California and was there every step of the way, helping us secure a rental home and making us feel welcome in Temecula then to purchasing our new home at the spur of the moment.
There were many instances we personally considered challenges throughout the home buying process,yet Steven was able to provide immediate solutions and remove our stress’s and concerns. He went above and beyond treating us as family instead of clients, how is the family holding up? Are you guys comfortable? What else can I do for you? This is what I am going to do! Dedicated, Caring, Knowledgeable and Involved. If you looking for a realtor in the SOCAL area Steven “ShaRealtor” Shearril is a must. Steven took our stressful situation and turned it into an adventure; one that was worth taking. Every step of the way he was there to assist in any capacity. What was most impressive what his ability to take our needs and make it his own. A lot of realtors are eager to make a sale for the pay day but Steven was eager to make sure we were taking care of. Even after closing, he was still involved. His job didn’t end at closing, he job was complete once our house was our home.
