Steve Thomas did a great job helping us get our house ready for the market place. His suggestions were spot on and not expensive to implement. His pre-sale marketing strategies targeted key demographics for our family-friendly neighborhood. The final result was a staggering 70+ showings scheduled, 16 offers, and a contract award on day 4 at well over listing price! This surpassed our most optimistic expectations! The service didn't end there...Steve and his full team worked behind the scenes to work with the buyer agent, the lender, and the title company to keep the process going forward. When lender and title company activity bogged down, Steve interjected himself into the issues and worked with everybody involved to get settlement back on track. Steve was a great advocate for our position and, in our opinion, you won't find a better team to work with!
