If you need a person who is dedicated on taking care of the buyer or seller depending on your case. Stephen treadway is your guy me being a first time buyer he made it less stressful and explained all the details in a very simple way for me to understand. Steven was amazing through the whole process. He helped me buy my home back in 2020 and then a couple years and a PCS later with the military he helped me sell the same home. I wasn’t in Virginia anymore but he made the whole process a breeze!! Even with tenants and loads of issues, he always ensured that I was taken care of!
