Working with Martha & Bruce Walters was a true delight. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable and always responsive to my needs. I was having to sell in a declining market, as prices dropped & interest rates jumped frequently. We had weekly meetings to discuss the quickly changing market, and it was always very obvious that they had done their homework. They would present the changes in the market for my neighborhood, and tour competitive homes to be sure our pricing was still in line with comparable homes. I always knew that the decisions were mine, but with their input and guidance, those decisions were so much easier to make.
Having a 2-realtor team was new to me, but a very good experience. They are both so kind and helpful, and I would certainly call on them again in the future.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Martha & Bruce selling my parents townhouse at Colonial Point, Jax, Florida. They did a fabulous job selecting the right price to sell their home. It sold in one day! They are the first realtors I have ever worked with who are on top of all their responsibilities as agents. I never once had to follow up with any timelines.
